Nearly 5 million people worldwide have successfully undergone laser vision correction with excellent results. In recent studies conducted in America, 95 per cent of laser vision correction patients achieved at least 20/40 vision, allowing them to drive legally without corrective lenses. A full two thirds of patients also came away from the treatment with 20/20 vision.
Correction Suitability
The range of people who are able to be treated by vision correction has increased substantially in recent years.
There are a number of factors that determine suitability, and only a full assessment with our highly qualified Ophthalmic Surgeons will ascertain if you will benefit from laser eye surgery.
Vision correction suitability
Be no less than 18 years old and have a stable prescription. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding an assessment regarding suitability is possible, however we may suggest you postpone your treatment until a later date.
